4. Fair Play Guidelines

  • Any use of automated scripts, bots, or unfair means is strictly prohibited.
  • Collusion between users to manipulate results is not allowed.
  • Any suspicious activity may lead to account review, suspension, or permanent ban.

5. Match Cancellations & Postponements

  • If a match is canceled, all related contests will be voided.
  • In case of match postponements, PowerPlayX will decide the course of action.
  • Users are advised to check for match updates regularly.

6. User Conduct

  • All users must maintain respectful behavior towards others.
  • Harassment, abuse, or offensive language is not tolerated.
  • Attempts to exploit platform vulnerabilities will lead to strict action.

7. Technical Issues & Errors

  • Users must report any technical issues to the support team.
  • In case of discrepancies due to system errors, PowerPlayX reserves the right to make necessary corrections.
  • Decisions made regarding errors will be final and binding.

8. Amendments to Rules
